The lady I dealt with was friendly, professional, and genuinely knowledgeable about the products. She took the time to answer my questions and made the whole experience easy and straightforward. I was also really impressed with the store itself. The layout is clean and well organized, and the products are clearly visible and easy to browse, which makes a big difference compared with some other shops. Great customer service, a well-designed store, and a very positive experience overall. I’ll definitely be back.
Great that they deliver so late. Had exactly the items I wanted. Driver Pankaj was super friendly with great service. The attached photo has nothing to do with anything. My cat is just really cute and I wanna share.
Very polite, professional, friendly and quick. My delivery driver was Harman. He was very friendly and polite when he handed me my order. He also did not ring my doorbell which I really appreciate because I have dogs and didn’t want them getting riled up. Very happy with the service here. Would definitely recommend
Made two recent deliveries that were outside of their delivery area but they were willing to work with me to get it done, awesome service. Beau was calm even when some odd GPS issues occurred, Harman drove out during a downpour of rain to make my order. Both get 5 stars from me!
Ally S helped me out today . He was super friendly and helpful . Highly recommended thank you
